Partnership Modalities
Framework Agreements
A framework agreement is a contract between two or more parties that establishes the terms and conditions under which future transactions may take place. It is a long-term agreement that sets out the general terms and conditions that will apply to any future agreements between the parties. Framework agreements are often used in business-to-business relationships, such as those between suppliers and customers, to provide a basis for future transactions. They can also be used in government procurement, to set out the terms and conditions for a particular type of contract. It is a right methodology for establishing a long-term relationship between parties, as it allows for flexibility and the ability to quickly and easily negotiate future transactions.
Consortium Partner
Consortium partnership is an ideal methodology for project and program delivery, as it allows for the sharing of resources and expertise. We are open to working with private sector entities, NGOs, universities, research institutions, and government agencies as consortium partners for program and project delivery in the sectors and areas where we have strong expertise. By leveraging the collective knowledge and resources of our consortium partners, we can ensure the successful delivery of our projects and programs.
Implementing Partner
An implementing partner is an organization or individual that provides services to a project or program.
it is an ideal modality for outsourcing project delivery, monitoring evaluation, providing techncial support for project managment etc.
Project Based Consulting
Project based consulting is a type of consulting service in which a consultant is hired to work on a specific project or set of projects for a client. The consultant works with the client to define the scope of the project, develop a plan for completion, and provide the resources needed to complete the project. The consultant may be hired to provide advice and guidance, or to manage the project from start to finish. Project based consulting is often used by organizations to access specialized expertise or resources that they may not have in-house.
