Roles and Responsibilities
The Field Researcher for the following tasks, organized into three key categories:
• Data Collection
• Attend data collection training.
• Identify respondents in collaboration with research manager
• Plan data collection
• Conduct interviews and surveys independently.
• Transcribe qualitative data and report to research manager.
• Coordinate with research manager.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness.
Experience:
• Understanding of data collection from markets and stakeholders
• Training will be provided on data collection
Skills:
• Language: Native speaker any of the local languages and understanding of other local languages in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral
• Fluency and Urdu and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
