Farhan is an experienced international development expert with over 10 years of technical experience in policy design, monitoring & evaluation, strategic planning, and institutional strengthening, with a focus on women economic empowerment in international development and the private sector. He has been instrumental in the formation and implementation of the program's strategy, as well as the design of interventions and incentives for the private sector and their sector strategies. Farhan has also led short assignments on results measurement and reporting in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Fiji, and Thailand, and has participated in numerous national and international conferences. He holds a Master in Commerce from the University of Punjab, and a Master of Public Policy from The Australian National University. Additionally, Farhan is a certified IBM Data Science Professional and has attended specialized training on Market Systems Development, Monitoring and Result Measurement, and Project Management. He is well-versed in a range of software such as Power BI, Tableau, Stata, SPSS, and NVivo, and is a published author with numerous journal articles and case studies on a variety of topics.
